More than an announcement page

A home for the stories behind the outcomes.

From the Center is where we share what the data cannot fully hold: the people who say yes, the questions that reshape the work, the communities building something together, and the lessons that only become visible through implementation.

This is also where new articles, resources, partnership announcements, event updates, and reflections from the field will live as the work continues to grow.

Approximately 100 to 125 students in grades 8 to 12 will share one language for self-awareness, strengths, accountability, and growth.

Trait-Based Leadership moves from framework to credential.

The leadership model now lives as a published book, a professional certificate through Eastern Kentucky University, and an organizational framework for strengthening perception, presence, teams, and culture.

“We want Trait-Based for everybody!”

Stephanie Boncher, Principal of MPSD Lakeshore School of Innovation, described the vision plainly. Trait-Based principles will be woven through school culture, advisory, counseling, and daily interactions so every student, across every pathway, is known, valued, and empowered to grow.
