support emotional intelligence, self-awareness, grounding, resilience, and identity development.

Each check-in takes under one minute, requires no staff training, and integrates seamlessly
into prevention and recovery settings.

Designed for youth, adults, families, counselors, and treatment teams, Spark brings the Trait-
Based model to life between sessions.
