The latest data analysis from 159 graduates of our Trait-Based Model of Recovery reveals transformative outcomes, demonstrating remarkable success in reducing anxiety and depression while fostering personal traits essential for long-term growth and well-being.

Key Outcomes:

  • 71.5% reduction in depression, with scores dropping from 12.65 to 3.60.
  • 58.5% reduction in anxiety, with scores improving from 11.20 to 4.65.
